The hotel location proved great as it was accessible to nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and large showers. Staff hospitality was commendable and always ready to assist.

The car park system appeared faulty as guests sometimes had to look for alternative parking options.

During my Xmas stay, I found two complementary items waiting in my room which was a welcoming gesture. The location was perfect for my purpose, being in close proximity to the main shopping district and the beach. The indoor pool was a great feature, especially as the weather was very hot during my stay.

The parking fee was not on the website and my late check-out request resulted in a surprise extra fee. The bathroom design was not effective, which led to water leaking onto the floor after every shower.

I had a comfortable stay in the executive studio with a private balcony. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a soundproof design. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I was able to enjoy my own Netflix account on the TV. The apartment was clean and had a good desk for work. Additionally, having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was convenient.

It would have been helpful to have 2 swipe cards instead of just one, especially for two guests.

The location and parking were quite inconvenient. There was no parking in front of the reception area, so I had to park across the street to get my key and then navigate back through traffic to park in the tight and difficult-to-access car park.
